How long will my order take to arrive?

To serve you better and get the best prices, your order may be shipped from one of our International suppliers. Therefore please allow 10-25 business days for your parcel/s to arrive.

Can I track my order?
Yes, if you need to track your order, simply send us a message and we will send you a tracking number.

What if I want to return an item?
We provide 14 days period for any order received by you. If you do not like the product simply send it back to us at our warehouse address. Once we receive the item and verify that it has not been broken or misused, we will refund your order.

How can I get in touch if I have a problem with my order?

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your orders by credit/ debit card via Paypal. We use Paypal as our payment processor. 

Will my order arrive all in one parcel?
Your order may be shipped from different warehouses depending on the items you ordered, therefore it may arrive in multiple packets within the delivery time mentioned above.
